1, Product introduction
The biodegradable filling material, which is developed by our company as a thousand-ton industrialization project, is listed in the 13 Tianjin key industrialization projects of science and technology, and also be approved as a technological achievements industrialization project by the State Plan Commission.

Biodegradable filling material as our flagship product has the following features:
1, The original starch, which has been added with sterification agent and plasticizer, is compounded to modified starch. These additives, namely sterification agent and plasticizer, can increase the dispersity of starch in polyethylene and decrease the property differences among each constituents of starch-PE. This can not only raise the addition amount of starch in PE, but also improve the mechanical properties of combined blending film products.
2, Biodegradable masterbatches has well solved the common problem of blending compatibility of starch and PE by adopting special technological process.
Thanks to the secondary modification of starch, the starch content of our biodegradable masterbatches can be up to 70%, and the addition amount of biodegradable masterbatches in plastic products can reach 60%. These plastics can be biodegraded into environmental free fragments by microorganisms, and eventually digested by natural environment.
Our company's biodegradable masterbatches can be widely applied into industrial packaging films, agricultural films, food packaging films, shopping bags, bin bags, PE sheet materials and PE plate materials, and can also further processed to make various kinds of extruded products, suction molded products and injection molded products. Except from biodegradable function, our biodegradable products have almost the same physical and chemical properties of ordinary plastic products.

3 degradation mechanism
Biodegradable masterbatches can be used as fillers to produce plastic products. These plastic products can also be influenced by the combined action of sunshine, hydrothermal water, oxygen, microorganisms and blown sand's mechanical force in the natural environment.
After a certain period, biodegradable masterbatches can decrease plastic products' macroscopic strength, significantly reduce their molecular weight, and make them easily degradable by microorganisms. When molecular weight is lowered down to a certain extent, materials become brittle, start to disintegrate, and are eventually digested and absorbed by the environment. Thus the goal of reducing environmental pollution can be reached.

4 Using Method
A, When used to the blow mounding of biodegradable agricultural film, LLDPE and LDPE can be used as main base materials with the addition amount of biodegradable masterbatches no less than 15%;
B, When used to the blow mounding of biodegradable packaging film, LLDPE and LDPE can be used as main base materials with the addition amount of biodegradable masterbatches no less than 25%;
C, If any physical properties can no meet the standard, adjustment of formula component can work out thoroughly.
D, Masterbatches should not be exposed to air for a long time during the process of application.

5 storing conditions
Keep it in a low-temperature aeration drying environment. Packaging damage and exposure are not allowed.
