Product Description

1. Product brief introduction
This product, which is made of PE resin and defoaming agents as main materials through extruding granulation process, is a functional masterbatch. It can eliminate the impact of air bubbles to products' appearance and physical properties because of equipment process, personnel operation and other reasons.

2. Application range
It can be widely applied into plastic products processing, such as film products, bag products, sheet products and injection moulded products, etc.

3. Main Constituents
PE resin, deforming agents, etc.

4. Technical indexes
1, Appearance: It shows better plasticizing property, exposing as regular granules with white or grayish white color. It has little impurity and no peculiar smell.
2, physical and chemical properties
Density G/M3 1.105±0.4
Volatile matter % 1.5±0.5
Melt Flow Index g/10min 15.0-25.0

5. Using method
In the process of plastics products, such as blown moulded films, sheet products and injection moulded products, especially for the biodegradable plastic products, the trace moisture that contained in raw materials can be released. Therefore, there will be air bubbles formed on the surface of finished products, which can impact appearance quality and mechanical properties. With this product, the bubbles can be effectively eliminated to make plastic products' appearance smooth and leveling, and thus keep original products' mechanical strength without compromising processing techniques. This products' addition amount is 1%-5% according to the dryness of raw materials.

6. Storing conditions and expiration date
Keep it in a clean aeration drying environment. Packaging damage and exposure are not allowed.
Expiration date: Half year after production.
